
Procedure
Please follow the following procedures when making a claim :-
> Notify or report to NIC immediately or by next working day
> Report to the nearest police station (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)
> Report to the Police
Checklist
- Photos of the accident and the scene of the accident
- The motorcar claim form is completed and signed by Insured and/or Driver
- Copy of the relevat supporting documents are provided
- Registration book or Blue-card
- IC and Driving License (driver and/or owner)
- Police 22 and Police 252 (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)
