INTRODUCTION

The Employees Protection Package enable business owners to safeguard their responsibility towards their workers. The policy covers :- • Workmen’s compensation (as per workmen’s compensation law) • Personal accident for $10,000 • Medical expenses arising out of accident up to $3000 • Repatriation expenses up to $7,500 • Daily hospital income benefit up to $20 daily • Hospital & surgical expenses up to $3,000 • Death benefit up to $5,000 including natural causes

PRINCIPAL EXCLUSIONS

• Provoked murder or assault
• Any consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever
• Insured person below 16 years old and above 60 years old
• Any unlawful acts, suicide, intentional self-inflicted injury
• Winter sports rock climbing mountaineering, underwater activities exceeding 50 meters in depth
• Pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage and abortion
