PRINCIPAL EXCLUSIONS
- Accident, damage or liability outside the Geographical area.
- Being used otherwise than in accordance with the “limitation as to use”.
- Being driven whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
- Invalid or expired motor vehicles license (road tax).
- Used for any unlawful act(s) or purposes.
- Damage caused by falling objects, bush fires, windstorm, flood, lightning, typhoon and hurricane
- Judgments not in the first instance delivered by or obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction within the geographical area
- Use for racing, pace-making, reliability trail or speed testing
