Promoting awareness on Fire prevention
Saturday, 8th August 2009 - To raise awareness on fire prevention, a team of three personnel from the Fire and Rescue Department, led by its Public Relations Officer, Noorzali Bin Apong delivered a briefing to the staff of National Insurance Co Bhd on 8th August 2009 at its head office in Kg Kiarong. The staff were briefed on the various types of fire and fire extinguishers and the proper methods in extinguishing fire. They also had a first-hand experience on how to operate a fire extinguisher during a practical session.
