National Insurance lends a helping hand to BDNAB
Monday, 17 August 2009 - National Insurance Company Berhad, made a donation to the Brunei Darussalam National Association of the Blind (BDNAB).The Cheque was presented to the President of BDNAB, Awang Jamary Bin Danggat, by Mr Kolja Klawunn , General Manager of National Insurance. The amount donated were contributed by their agents, Cantuman Bahagia Marketing Company, Mirage Enterprise, IMG Development and Tang Eng Hong with National Insurance matching them dollar to dollar.The BDNAB is a non-profit organization run by its members and currently has 55 members who are visually impaired.In addition to running various types of activities and services for the visually impaired in Brunei Darussalam, the association also hopes to improve in the fields of education and employment.
