| Among Brunei Companies, National Insurance is unique in its ownership structure. It has approximately 154 shareholders of which 144 comprise of Bruneian investors. |

| Of its share capital, 70% is held by Brunei citizens or companies owned by Brunei nationals. The largest local shareholders are Sumber Mulia Holdings Sdn Bhd (29%) and Baiduri Holdings Sdn Bhd (10%). The Allianz Insurance Company of Singapore Pte Ltd owns 25% while Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (S) Pte Ltd owns 5% of the Company. |
