Procedure

Please follow the following procedures when making a claim :-

  • Notify or report to NIC immediately or by next working day
  • Report to the nearest police station (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)
  • Send your motorcar to any of our authorized panel of workshops

  • Or call for a tow truck lift at any of the following telephone or mobile numbers

        • 817 7777 (for KB/Seria residents)
  • Download the claim form or collect one from either our BSB or KB offices
  • Submit the motorcar claim form together with relevant supporting documents, either via email, or send to our office

Checklist

Kindly submit the claim form together with the following supporting documents :-

  • Photos of the accident and the scene of the accident
  • The motorcar claim form is completed and signed by Insured and/or Driver
  • Copy of the relevat supporting documents are provided
        • Registration book or Blue-card
        • IC and Driving License (driver and/or owner)
        • Police 22 and Police 252 (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)
