Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam – 09 February 2012, National Insurance Company Berhad (NICB) recently held a Chinese New Year gathering for their employees at their Head Office in Bandar Seri Begawan.
The event started off with the General Manager Mr Kolja Klawunn’s presentation of birthday greetings to the birthday celebrants, followed by presentation of certificates to employees that had successfully completed selected modules in the International Computer Driving License (ICDL).Mr Kolja also presented the Long Service Award to employee for their 10 years of service with the company. In conjunction with Chinese New Year, as a tradition the gathering was served with delicious food and prizes were given to the best dressed employees of the day.
What’s next, NICB will be participating in the Football World Trip 2012 organised by Allianz Group of Germany & proudly joined host by NICB. Similar to last year Junior’s Football Camp, those who wish to apply can log on to www.football-for-life.com and stand a chance to win a trip to Munich, Germany where all participants from other countries will gather. The Football World Trip 2012 is open to all residents of Brunei Darussalam above 18 years of age. In Munich, the participants will face the final selection for the Football World Trip 2012. In another upcoming event is the Charity Car Boot Sale, which will be held on 26th February 2012. It will be at NICB Main Office car park from 8:00am to 12:00pm. 50% of the sales will be donated for charity purposes as part of NICB’s corporate social responsibility drive.
