The largest local shareholders are Sumber Mulia Holdings Sdn Bhd (29%) and Baiduri Holdings Sdn Bhd (10%). The Allianz Insurance Company of Singapore Pte Ltd owns 25% while Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (S) Pte Ltd owns 5% of the Company. |
