investors. |

| Of its B$8 million share capital, 70% is held by
Brunei citizens or companies owned by Brunei
nationals. The two largest local shareholders are
Sumber Mulia Holdings Sdn Bhd (29%) and Baiduri
Holdings Bhd (10%). The Allianz Global Corporate &
Specialty AG owns 25% while MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte.
Ltd. owns 5% of the company. |
